Agency Life
At big agencies I worked on big brand briefs with massive budgets. At small and medium-sized agencies I got to know business owners and their needs, and delivered more digital content (think CRO, SEO, PPC, A/B testing, data-based content, etc). Eventually, I got a chance to combine my love of big brand creative and digital optimization, which was a great experience.

Working in the SaaS industry and managing a copy and content team allows me to combine my knowledge of UX/UI, conversion copy, analytics, and SEO with creative talents and processes.
I’ve been fortunate enough to lead many big projects that have helped FreshBooks grow and thrive in a very competitive accounting software space.
